Comets Run Past The Tigers

Last Friday night, the Comets hosted the Donaldsonville Tigers at Thomas Dupuy Memorial stadium in LaPlace. The Comets quick start led them to a 35-12 victory.
On the opening drive of the game, the Comets run game was dominate over the Tigers defense. The Comets were marching down the field and quarterback Justin Dumas completed a 26 yard pass to receiver Darrin Blystad to set the Comets up for a 4 yard touchdown ran by running back Narquez Jones. Cameron Fabre added the PAT, which got the Comets to an early 7-0 lead.
