Lutcher Mayor Authorizes Twenty-two Clearview Estates Properties Grass Be Cut; Owners Responsible For Costs

Take a drive up or down King Avenue in Lutcher and you will see a rare site - the grass is being cut at twentytwo of the Clearview Estates properties.

Now, let me be clear, there are several residents who reside in the Clearview Estates that do a wonderful job keeping their lawns in tiptop shape, but there are too many properties/lots violating the Town’s Tall Grass/Weeds Ordinance.
