Janel Fremin Borne, age 74, was born October 23, 1942 and passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017. Janel was a long time resident of Gramercy. She is survived by her four children: Brian Borne, Laura Prejean, Don Borne and Becky Louque. She also has grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Lucille Baudoin Fremin, and her brother Edward “T-Joe” Fremin. A visitation was held on Monday, September 18, 2017 at Sacred Heart Church in Gramercy from 8:30 a.m. until Mass at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery at a later date.
