Annie Laurie “Nan” Roussel Millet, age 99, was born on March 12, 1918 and passed away on April 1, 2017. She was a native and resident of Paulina, LA. She is survived by her sons, Robert A. “Butch” Millet (Carolyn) and Ralph C. Millet. She is survived by her grandchildren: Dr. Robert A. Millet, Jr. (Ginny), Roussel A. Millet (Stephanie), and Renee M. Millet (Patty) as well as great-grandchildren: Rhyannon, Aaron, Mary Hunter, Bryson Sharpe, and Mia. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gauthier J. “Buster” Millet; parents, Optime Roussel and Olympe Poche Roussel; a son, Richard “Chee” Millet, and 3 brothers and 3 sisters. A memorial will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Convent, LA from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Paulina, LA.
