St. Vincent De Paul President Asks Lutcher Officials For Help With Rogue Neighbor

Harold Miller, president of the St. Vincent De Paul’s (SVDP) in Lutcher, asked Lutcher Mayor Patrick St. Pierre and the Board of Aldermen for help in dealing with a difficult neighbor.
The problem, Miller said, is that owner of the adjacent building has installed a fence, one in which he actually screwed to SVDP building, which blocks the alley/space between the two buildings.
