After Months Of Debate, Council Adopts 2017 Meeting Schedule

The members of the St. James Parish Council last Wednesday, in an hour-long meeting, passed an ordinance setting their meeting dates for the new year.
In order to avoid having special meetings solely to approve payroll and accounts payable, the Council adopted a rather complicated schedule.
