Lady Cats Hold Off McDonough 35, 58-52

The St. James Lady Wildcat Basketball team captured its seventh win of the season after defeating the McDonough 35 Lady Roneagles by a 58- 52 score in a non-district contest.
St. James jumped out to a 10-8 first quarter lead and then expanded their advantage in the second period outscoring the Lady Roneagles 25-14 in the quarter to make it 35- 22 at the half. Leading the charge for St. James were Charity Cooper and Raveon Fletcher, who each poured in eight points apiece in the period.
