For First Time In Decades, Town Of Lutcher’s Water Fund Nearly Balanced

Lutcher Town auditor Mike LeBlanc, representing Postlethwaite & Netterville, brought good news to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen during the Board’s monthly meeting held November 1st. LeBlanc complimented the Board for finally implementing a water rate increase, which in six months has turned the Town’s water fund into a fund that was hemorrhaging to one that is now sustaining life.
