Motiva’s H-Oil Units Catches Fire; No One Injured

An explosion and subsequent fire at Motiva Enterprise’s Convent facility would normally be the lead story in the News Examiner-Enterprise, but due to the flooding event taking place in St. James Parish, and the fact that no one was injured in the fire, the story fell to the bottom of the page.
