Bulldogs Tune Up For Playoffs With Pair Of Wins

The Lutcher Bulldog baseball team continued to tune up for state playoffs by taking a pair of wins over Destrehan and Morgan City last week. Against Destrehan, the Bulldogs registered a 5-2 victory over the Wildcats. Neither team would score in the first two innings. Lutcher broke the ice with three runs in the third when Luke Zeringue and Cameron Guillot each had base hits. Later Dylan Recotta delivered a RBI single and Ethan Bland followed with a two-run RBI double.
