Parish Council Slows Down On Addressing Speed Bumps Laws

A speed bump measure was once again tabled and pushed back until the St. James Parish Council's March 2nd meeting. Initially, the Council tabled the measure in October 2015 that would create a comprehensive and enforceable speed bump policy.
