Lowell Edward “Billy” Narcisse, Sr., age 47, a native and resident of Vacherie, peacefully transitioned into eternal life on Monday, January 18, 2016 at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. Visiting was held from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Vacherie. Burial in the church cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Jaurelle, Lorieal, Lyric, Lowell Jr., and Lavell Narcisse, whom he shared with his former wife Stacy Jasmin-Narcisse; grandchildren, Jayden White and Ma’Lajah Narcisse; parents, Molly (Jerome) Lewis and Rev Eddie Narcisse, Sr. (Adria); 7 sisters, Allana Narcisse, Enola Collins, Miya Minor, Nicole Sterling (Jamal), Gwen Perkins (Ronald), Marquika and Andrea Narcisse; 3 brothers, Jerome Lewis, Jr., Eddie Narcisse, Jr., and David Narcisse; 5 godchildren, Ashley Williams, Ciji Lafargue, Kierarra Thomas, Jonquion Williams and Tyren Vinning; Godparents, Linda Narcisse and Charles Bartholemew. Preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Maxwell and Leona Cage; Paternal grandparents, Joseph and Rosalee Narcisse, aunt, Diane Howard, Devoted friend, Robert Broden.
