Amy Daigle Berthelot passed away on January 13, 2016 at the age of 38. She was a native of Reserve, LA and a resident of Paulina, LA. She is survived by her husband Jeremy “Frog” Berthelot; daughters Avery Grace Berthelot and Aubrey Hope Berthelot; brothers Charles Daigle (Cindy) and Ralph Daigle (Margaret); sisters Sandra Shields (Mike), Phyllis Martinez, Donna Hofmann (Steve); father-in-law, Lawrence Berthelot, mother-in-law Bonnie Berthelot, step mother-in-law Debbie Berthelot, sister-in-law Heather Berthelot and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Merilyn Hymel Daigle and her nephew Steven Hofmann, Jr. Visitation was on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina, LA from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial was in St. Peter Cemetery in Reserve, LA. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, 4950 Essen Lane, Baton Rouge, LA 70809. ROSELYNN FUNERAL SERVICES, 1870 Cabanose Ave., Lutcher, LA was in charge of the arrangements. To sign and view the family guestbook, please visit www.roselynnfuneralhome.com
