Neighbors Clash Over Subdivision Restrictions

Residents of Forrestal Street in South Vacherie are upset with a neighbor who now has two mobile homes on one lot. Carol Ann Schexnayder and Sandra Cook, both residents of the Roland and Linda Bourgeois Subdivision (R & L Bourgeois Subdivision, LLC) on the east side of Forrestal Street, said their neighbor, Lordez Lewis, is in apparent violation of their subdivision restrictions, copies of which she presented to the council members
