Twenty-third Judicial District Attorney prosecutors recently filed the State’s Supplemental Bill of Particulars in the ongoing Blaise Gravois Malfeasance in Office indictment case. Last year, 23rd Judicial District Judge Jessie LeBlanc dismissed all five counts of Malfeasance in Office against St. James Parish Director of Operations Blaise Gravois on the basis of Prosecutorial Misconduct and on the basis of Lack of Notice.
