Vonnie Mae Keller Poche, age 85, of Paulina, LA gained her wings on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at her residence. Born October 17, 1932 in Lake, LA. She leaves behind five children: Pam Hanna of Hattiesburg, MS, Ricky Poche (Vicki) of Paulina, LA, Tammy Sain (Lafayette) of Shreveport, LA, Russ Poche (Stacey) of St. Amant, LA, and Chris Poche (Monica) of Humble, TX; nieces, Patsy White and Linda Millet and numerous nieces and nephews by marriage. She loved and cherished her nine grandchildren: Corey (Dana) and Holly (Shanna) Hanna, Jenna(Joey) Bullion, Rick Poche, Kailie Poche, Cody (Andreaka) Nugent, Miranda Poche, Jordan (Ashley) and Renley Poche. She was blessed with five great grandchildren: Laiken Hanna, Ella Bullion, Cody, Jr., and Alaina Nugent, and Julian Poche. Vonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Poche, Sr., her special angel (grandson) Trevor J. Poche, her sister, Thula Mayers, and her parents, Christophe and Altha Keller. 2 Timothy 4:7 - “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race. I have kept the faith”. A visitation in her honor was on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Rose Lynn Funeral Home, 1870 Cabanose Ave., Lutcher, LA from 10:00 a.m. until religious services at 1:30.
