May Martin Poche´, age 93, was born on May 26, 1924 and passed away on November 14, 2017. Mother of Judy P. Babin (Son-in-law Michael O. Babin, Sr. preceded in death by one day); adopted son, Richard J. Poche´ (Deborah) as well as her grandchildren: Michael Babin, Jr. and wife Anne; Jennifer Horridge and husband Heath. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: Sarah, Samantha, and Grace Babin; Holden, Lily, and Matthew Horridge, and Richie and Shawn Poche´. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Poche; her parents, Louis and Claudia S. Martin; Siblings: Roland, Marc, Jerrel, Patrick, and Alvin Martin; Theresa M. Roussel, and Ruth M. Forsyth. A visitation in her honor will be on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina, LA from 9:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum.
