The Comets winning formula of a ball control offense led by a strong running game and stingy dominating defense proved successful once again in a 42-10 Division II quarterfinal win over St. Louis Friday night at Thomas Dupuy stadium in Laplace.
The Comets now advance to the semifinals against the powerful University Cubs on the LSU campus Friday night in Baton Rouge.
