Carolyn Brignac Grob, a resident of Lutcher, LA and a native of Lions, LA, age 79 years, went to join her husband, Allen, on October 27, 2017. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Raymond, Sr. and Cabrini Grob of Lutcher, LA; Neal and Rebecca Grob of Baton Rouge, LA; two daughters and sons-in-law: Colleen and Byron Gauthier of Tomball, TX; and Suzanne and Nathan Bourque of Prairieville, LA; nine grandchildren: Heather Hidalgo and Raymond Grob, Jr.; Stacy and Julie Gauthier; Hillary, Michael and Madison Grob; and Nathan, and Grant Bourque; two great-granddaughters: Allie Hidalgo and Finley Bourque and two great-grandsons: Ory Hidalgo and River Bourque. She is also survived by her siblings: Mildred Lear, Joyce Ann Cazenave, and Hubert and Melvin Brignac. She is preceded in death by her parents, Norman, Sr. and Beatrice Hymel Brignac; two brothers: Norman, Jr. and Norris, Sr. A visitation in her honor was on Monday, October 30, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina, LA from 9:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment followed at St. Joseph Mausoleum. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, Mass offerings or memorial donations be made to a favorite charity.
