Jerome T. Martin, age 77, passed away on September 17, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Elise Chauvin Martin; daughters: Stacey Martin Grant (John), and Tanya Martin Montz (Carl); sisters: Phyllis Chenier, and Janet Bonvillain; his grandchildren: Courtney Grant, Mya Grant, Matthew Grant, and Dustin Montz. He is preceded in death by his parents: Gaston Martin and Edna Poche Martin; his foster parents: Ignace Martin and Hortense Martin, as well as his sister Reine Aimee Keller. Visitation was on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gramercy from 9:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery in Paulina.
