Michael Joseph Mohon, age 35, passed away suddenly on July 4, 2017. He is survived by his parents, Roy L. Mohon, Jr. and Elise Hymel Mohon; a brother, Chris Mohon; grandmothers, Anne L. Mohon and Noelie F. Hymel as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Roy L. Mohon, Sr. and Joseph J. Hymel II. Michael was an avid outdoorsman and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. A visitation in his honor was held Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church in Convent, LA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial with interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Paulina, LA.
