Gramercy Board And Mayor Recognize Ronald “Shine” Boudreaux For Dedicated Service To Town

On Monday, the Town of Gramercy honored retired-constable Ronald “Shine” Boudreaux, whose 1991 election made him the first African American elected to office in the Town.

Boudreaux, a life-long resident of Gramercy, was called “friendly and supportive” by Gramercy Mayor Steve Nosacka.
