Eldess “Bud” Broussard

Eldess “Bud” Broussard, Jr., age 86, passed away on February 20, 2017. He was a native of Lake Arthur, LA and a resident of Gramercy, LA. He is survived by his children: Diane Ledet (Dennis), Kent Broussard, and Elizabeth Vicknair (Kenny) as well as 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia V. Broussard; parents Eldess Broussard, Sr. and Rita Monlezun Broussard, and son Daryl Broussard as well as his brother Rene Broussard, and sisters Regina Roche and Norma Hoffpauir and a granddaughter, Ainsley Bella Vicknair. A visitation in his honor will be on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gramercy, LA from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Paulina, LA.
