Graugnard Enters St. Joseph’s Seminary College

“Ever since I was a little boy, I always felt that was where I needed to be,” said Michael Graugnard, a firstyear student at St. Joseph Seminary College in St. Benedict, Louisiana. Graugnard joins twenty other young men from the Diocese of Baton Rouge who are in various levels of classes at the minor seminary and at Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans. He is one of nine from our diocese at St. Joseph, and one of three seminarians who have roots in St. James Parish, including Danny Roussel from Our Lady of Peace in Vacherie and Matthew Dunn, who lists French Settlement as his home parish, but whose parents are from the east bank.
