Winnie May Brignac Gueret, born April 8, 1932 and passed away on October 13, 2016. She is survived by her children: Suzanne Madere (Mark), Gene Gueret (Kathy), Glenn Gueret (Mary), and Kenny Gueret (Delene), 9 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Donna Berthelot and brother, Winston Brignac. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Gueret; her parents, Charles and Minerva Pollet Brignac, her son, Daniel J. Gueret; her sisters, Ethel Martin and Iris Duhe; her brothers, Jerry Brignac, and Percy Brignac and a grandson, Glenn Gueret, Jr. A visitation was held in her honor on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Rose Lynn Funeral Home, 1870 Cabanose Ave., Lutcher, LA from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visitation resumed on Monday, October 17, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. Burial followed in the church mausoleum.
