Registrar of Voters, Lisa Medine, would like to announce the last day to register to vote to be eligible for the November 8, 2016 Presidential/Congres-sional Primary Election is October 11, 2016. Applications are available throughout the parish at the Town Halls, at the Parish Libraries, the Department of Motor Vehicle Office and on line @ www.geauxvote.com. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, at the Convent Courthouse and at the Vacherie Annex.
