Richard Carlton Oxner, Sr. passed away June 15, 2016. A resident of Lutcher, LA and a former resident of New Sarpy, LA. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1954 to 1957. He is survived by his loving wife, Rose Janco Oxner, his three children; Anna Oxner Maguire (Lee), Richard “Rick” Oxner, and Jeanette Oxner Brignac (Dale). He is also survived by his grandchildren; Jessica, Angela, Christina, Brandon, Gabrielle, Olivia, Eric, Jacob, Noah, and Kalib. He is preceded in death by his siblings; Bonnie, Nolan, Christine, and Charlene. He will be missed by all who knew him. Condolences may be expressed at www.HCAlexanderFH.com.
