Logan Joseph Louque

Logan Joseph Louque, 74 years old, passed away peacefully at his home with his children by his side at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2016. He was a native of Lutcher, LA and a resident of Paulina, LA. Logan was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a retiree of Peavey Grain Co. Elevator. He enjoyed spending time with his family, baking, cutting grass, and watching Nascar racing. Logan is survived by his four (4) children: Dawn L Usea (Hanson), Shannon J. Louque (significant other Heidi Rutland), Chasity L. Berthelot (John Sr.) and Chad E. Louque (Trisha); 9 grandchildren: Ryan, Ethan, Tyler, Sydnie, Hunter, Caden, Cole, Shantell, and John Jr.; 2 great granddaughter: Ainslee-Klaire Usea and Riley B. Davis; 2 brothers: Warren J. Louque and Richard P. Louque; and a special friend Carol B. Ladek. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 42 years Lucy E. Louque; parents Logan G. And Ina R. Louque; and sister Glenda L. Vicknair. Visitation was held at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Convent, LA on Monday, June 13, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial.
