Nosacka Attributes Early Successes As Mayor To Hard Working Employees

When former Gramercy Mayor Terry Borne decided not to run for reelection, Gramercy resident Steve Nosacka sought to find his replacement. “I spoke to Terry and many others. I was looking for a capable person who was forward-thinking. Nobody interested in running came forward. Terry said ‘Maybe you’re the person who has to do it.’”
