St. James quarterback Lowell Narcisse, one of the country’s top dual-threat recruits in the Class of 2017, announced his commitment to LSU last week via Twitter: “I want to thank all the schools that recruited me and extended an offer to me,” Narcisse said in his Twitter post. “I also want to thank my family and friends for their support throughout this process.
