She loved attending and watching sporting events and all school activities her grandchildren were involved in. She attended Lutcher sporting events since the 1970’s and was a huge football fan. Even with her illness in the late stages, she attended the 2015 Lutcher State Championship football game to help cheer on her grandson and the Bulldogs to victory. She also loved her swamp-pop music and was an avid dancer prior to her diagnosis in August 2014. Elaine was a very faithful woman always helping where she could and loved cleaning the church with her lady friends. Her and Aubrey also loved spending time at their camp down Blind River and enjoyed all the people that would stop over to see them.
