School Board Opts Not To Terminate Cafeteria Worker Accused Of Stealing

A St. James Parish School System cafeteria technician retained her job after being charged with stealing a baking pan. Vacherie-resident Alfreda Young appeared before the full School Board and countered the charge. She had been on paid leave from her Vacherie Elementary job since last month.
