Lutcher Aldermen Tweak Mobile Home Ordinance

The Lutcher Mayor and Board of Aldermen recently met and the Aldermen unanimously voted two changes to the Town’s existing ordinance that governs Manufactured Housing and Mobile Homes. First, the Aldermen voted to change the minimum age that a manufactured home can be before it can be placed in the Town from 10 years to five (5) years old.
