“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith”. On February 2, 2016 the angels escorted Claude on his final journey home at the age of 58. Claude was a resident of Lutcher and a 35 year employee of Motiva Enterprises in Convent. He is survived by his brother, Harold G. Chauvin; his niece and godchild Paige and his nephew Ryan. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold L. Chauvin and his mother Theresa (Miss Tee) Aubert. Visitation was on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Rose Lynn Funeral Services, 1870 Cabanose Ave., Lutcher, LA from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and resumed on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Sacred Heart Church in Gramercy from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment was in St. Joseph Mausoleum in Paulina, LA.
