President Roussel Updates Council On Status Of Nucor; Council Says Goodbye To Secretary And Outgoing Members

A November equipment failure and low steel prices has prompted the shutdown of the Nucor Steel Louisiana's plant in Convent. St. James Parish President Timmy Roussel told the St. James Parish Council last Wednesday that the plant will remain shutdown until the price of raw materials improve.
