Lawsuit Questions Sen. Troy Brown’s Residency

Last week attorney Daniel Becnel, Jr. filed suit against State Sen. Troy Brown seeking financial damages for allegations that Brown doesn't reside in the district he represents. Becnel claimed that he is a voter in Brown's eight-parish Senate District 2 and hopes the lawsuit will spark a legal review of Brown's residency.
