Consultant Tells Council Youth Center Site Could Support Affordable Housing

The 37-acre property of the St. James Parish's Youth Center may have new life as an affordable housing site, Councilman Ken Brass told the St. James Parish Council. Brass said that adding the development to the site would give local residents access to a decent housing stock.
